Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and assist with equipment operation.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks including digging, troweling, and cleanup.
- Follow project schedules and instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Experience in general construction labor is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be punctual and able to work full-time hours.
