Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with site preparation and cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and job specifications.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
