Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area by removing debris and trash.
- Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and site instructions at all times.
- Perform manual labor duties as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions quickly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
