As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our projects, ensuring that our sites are safe, clean, and ready for the next phase of construction.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and machinery.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices (OSHA) is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
