Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, and finishing work.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
