Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various site tasks.
- Transport materials and debris to designated areas using carts, dollies, or forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and project plans.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
