Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Mix concrete, sand, and gravel to prepare building materials.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Operate power tools and hand tools following all safety guidelines.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions from supervisors.
- Move heavy objects using hand trucks, dollies, or forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
