Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials and tools from trucks.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction equipment under supervision.
- Perform general site preparation, including excavation, grading, and debris removal.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
