Job Overview:
As a Construction Laborer, you will be an essential part of our on-site team, performing a variety of physical tasks to help build and maintain our projects. Your role is vital to ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare and clean construction sites, including removing debris, dirt, and obstacles.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site.
- Assisting Trades: Provide general support to skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and concrete finishers.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Excavation & Digging: Dig trenches, holes, and foundations as directed by the site supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Measurement & Marking: Assist in measuring and marking areas for cutting and assembly.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- No Experience Required: Open to all candidates; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to the job site.
