Responsibilities
- Assist with various phases of construction projects, including site preparation, demolition, and cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of skilled foremen.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas efficiently.
- Follow strict safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
- Dig trenches, set forms, and mix concrete as directed by project supervisors.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods in all weather conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, adhere to safety guidelines, and work as part of a cohesive team.
