Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of foremen.
- Perform site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling ground.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and roofing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
