Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction duties.
- Operate construction tools and machinery safely under supervision.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Transport materials to and from the job site efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety and site practices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screen.
