Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as hauling, lifting, and assisting with concrete pouring.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform manual labor for up to 10 hours a day in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, confined spaces).
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating material needs.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for Georgia roles).
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
