Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks and operations.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain a clean workspace.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris as required.
- General Labor: Perform miscellaneous tasks to support ongoing construction projects and ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, lifting, bending, and walking.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a full-time schedule.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Resilience: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
