Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with installation, demolition, and cleanup operations
- Maintain organized material storage and job site cleanliness
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Support team coordination through effective communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Availability for 10+ hour shifts and weekend work
- Basic math skills for material measurements
