Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing, grading, and excavation tasks.
- Operate and maintain various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials, tools, and debris to and from the job site as needed.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company-specific safety protocols strictly.
- Perform general cleanup of the work area to maintain a professional environment.
- Collaborate effectively with foremen and project managers to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in general construction, landscaping, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
