Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and general cleanup.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport materials between job sites as needed.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks such as digging, lifting, and hauling.
- Follow all site instructions and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions from foremen.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
