Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation and structural assembly
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Operate hand tools and light machinery (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Complete shift reports and communicate progress to supervisors
- Collaborate with night shift team for seamless project transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool proficiency and equipment knowledge
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
