Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on-site efficiently and safely.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (framers, electricians, concrete workers) with various daily tasks and projects.
- Site Maintenance: Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a safe and organized job site.
- Tool Operation: Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Measurements: Assist in measuring and marking areas for installation and cutting materials.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction labor, general labor, or a related trade is preferred but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to the job site.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.
- Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to safety and following instructions.
