Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including excavation, loading, and unloading of materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as carrying lumber, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to facilitate the safe transport of materials.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and site protocols strictly.
- Help skilled tradespeople with tasks related to framing, drywall, painting, or finishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work on various surfaces (dirt, concrete, gravel) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior construction experience is required; we are looking for eager learners.
