Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation as directed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well within a team environment.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required—we provide on-the-job training!
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
