Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the job site, including loading, unloading, and distributing materials.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Site Preparation: Help clear, excavate, and prepare construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Cleanup and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized job site by sweeping, hauling debris, and removing trash.
- Material Handling: Move heavy materials and supplies using dollies, hand trucks, or forklifts (as certified).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Entry-level positions available for eager learners. We provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Valid ID: Must have a valid driver's license and social security card.
- Drug Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
