Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with framing, drywall, or concrete pouring.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
