Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and project instructions.
- Perform heavy physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred).
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for eager learners.
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred).
