Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, lifting, debris removal, and setting up work zones.
- Follow verbal and written instructions accurately to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform physical labor for extended shifts, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy items (50+ lbs).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
