Responsibilities
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery safely.
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with project tasks.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Physical stamina to perform heavy labor for 8+ hours a day.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B preferred).
- Basic math skills for measurements and material tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in construction is a plus but not required.
