Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials at job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Clean and prepare job sites, including debris removal and site sweeping.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting heavy objects, and carrying materials.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Must be available for weekend or evening shifts.
