Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and projects.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under direct supervision.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from project supervisors.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions and work at heights when required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
