Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project layouts.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all work meets local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and wiring diagrams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently for part-time assignments.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
