Responsibilities:
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations.
- Perform basic wiring, circuit testing, and fixture installations under supervision.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety regulations.
- Maintain and inventory electrical tools and materials.
- Interpret basic blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No prior trade experience required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record (for site travel).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various environments.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
