Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and deliver them to work sites.
- Demolish structures and prepare sites for new construction.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, walking, lifting).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not always required).
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
