Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials (up to 50lbs).
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with daily operations.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and safety instructions.
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and project timelines.
Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and heavy lifting.
