Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of construction sites throughout Portland, PA.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and general cleanup duties.
- Follow blueprints, safety regulations, and project schedules strictly.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project supervisors.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long shifts outdoors.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation.
