Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites, ensuring safety and organization.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Valid government-issued ID (for background check if required).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety instructions.
