Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily site operations and material handling.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and fitting of materials as directed.
- Operate power tools and construction machinery under direct supervision.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Social Security Number.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills are required.
- Reliable transportation to job sites is mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for long periods.
