Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various onsite tasks, including framing, drywalling, and basic carpentry support.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and transport them to work sites.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and adhering to safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery, following all safety protocols and operating manuals.
- Perform physical labor as directed, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Follow blueprints and instructions to ensure quality workmanship on every project.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome first-time applicants with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and the willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always mandatory for entry-level labor).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
