Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, ironworkers) with daily operations and material handling.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Perform light demolition and site cleanup duties to maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
