Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Transport materials to and from job sites as directed.
- Perform general cleanup duties at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly on an irregular basis.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
