Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Perform basic site preparation and excavation tasks.
- Signal operators of heavy equipment to ensure safety during operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
