Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized, safe job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Perform light demolition and debris removal
- Report safety hazards and equipment issues
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to undergo background/drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work flexible shifts (mornings/afternoons)
- Team player with positive attitude
