Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery safely.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Transport materials between job sites as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
