Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear, clean, and prepare construction sites by removing debris, snow, and obstacles.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
- Assembly: Assist in assembling and dismantling temporary structures and formwork.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Equipment Support: Help operate and maintain basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual labor tasks as directed by project supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid Driver's License is required.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Documentation: Eligibility to work in the United States.
