Responsibilities
- Execute precise earthwork, concrete pouring, and structural assembly
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Inspect and maintain job site safety protocols daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
- Manage material inventory and logistics for weekend operations
- Adapt to dynamic project requirements with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools and surveying equipment
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun) mandatory
