Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment in a safe manner.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to work sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow all project blueprints and supervisor instructions accurately.
- Perform minor site preparation, including trenching and leveling.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
