Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction equipment, including forklifts, jackhammers, and power saws.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow blueprints and project specifications under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
