Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (training provided)
- Assist skilled trades with layout, excavation, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction experience or trade school certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
