Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all safety regulations and site protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in interpreting blueprints or drawings.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the trade.
