Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily operations and project needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by foremen or supervisors.
- Transport materials to and from work areas using dollies, wheelbarrows, or forklifts.
- Perform physical labor that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we train the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
