Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate construction tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision.
- Prepare and clean job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople with various tasks.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and store them properly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
