Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, and painting.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Support heavy lifting and physical labor required for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior construction experience is a plus.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
